ICT Service personnel

I went to vardø vidregående ICT school where i had 5’s in all ICT related grades, and 4 in english as well as Norwegian. In that year we learned about the basics for IT work, we did networking, servers, customer support, security, PC building and with more.

Then i started my work as an apprentice at Prodata AS, i worked there for about 2 years ending in a proof of apprenticeship test, that test is too show that you have learned what you need to start working as IT-personnel. I got the highest possible score on that test.

When i was a apprentice i learned more of the same with more focus on customer service and repairing broken PC’s, i even became a Dell certified service personnel, I still have some of the diplomas that i achieved from them.

Kurt-Ivar Wikan born 30.08.1997 have been working as a ICT-apprentice here at Prodata AS from 01.08.2017 to 05.09.2019

In his apprenticeship Kurt-Ivar Wikan has had the following responsibility’s/work :

  • Technical support to business administration’s/customers related to both general program’s(Microsoft products) and hardware(printers/PC and related products)

  • Participating in graphic work related to both graphic design and production. Production has mostly been related to the design and production of foil and signs for the company's customers

  • Readying/Installation/setup of solutions for the end customer for PC-setup, network configuration, with more

Kurt-Ivar Wikan work within the company has been has been impeccable and has largely performed its work tasks according to instructions and results. he has completed his apprenticeship with regard to vocational training and professional assignments in a satisfactory manner. Kurt-Ivar has has passed his subject test with the highest grade.

Due to the company's lack of need for a continuation of permanent position has Kurt-Ivar ended his apprenticeship period after the end of his apprenticeship contract.
